When he took me there, I didn’t pick a ring or setting just for the sake of it, I liked a solitaire with the Tiffany setting and chose the smallest white gold band to match. I wasn’t in a hurry to pick a wedding set and as a matter of fact, it took me three years to find the set that caught my eye. I chose simple bands with a row of diamonds and that year for Christmas, my husband gave me the engagement band and wedding band as my Christmas present, and for our fifth year wedding anniversary he gave me a matching band to complete the set. We are approaching our 16th wedding anniversary, and my wedding set was recently redesigned. Instead of trading the center stone in or changing the wedding band, we kept the original bands and center stone. They’re sentimental, and I wanted to keep them. Michael Gordon at Kenny G was more than patient with me. Again, I wasn’t in a rush to make a decision and I took my time looking at options before deciding what I really liked. Kenny G did an outstanding job redesigning my ring and sent me photos of what it would look like before they started. Now the center stone has a new mount and a halo, and I couldn’t be happier!
