Amy Summer Ellison Absolutely over the moon with the same-day resizing and cleaning of my grandmother’s (and now mine!) wedding ring and matching bracelet! The owners were lovely to deal with and we are just really, really happy with everything. We felt very comfortable with them handling our precious heirloom. We’ll be back soon to have a matching every-day-wear band custom-made. Thank you for your excellent work, attention to detail, knowledge, craftsmanship and friendly service. Five stars all day long.

John Chambers What an awesome little store! It reminds me of old town santa barbara before the elite turned it into what it is today. This place has the biggest selection of trinkets, jewelry and earrings. My daughter and I could have spent the day in there just browsing. The prices are great as well. 3 bucks for a couple of nose rings! Cant beat that price with a stick! Go check it out you wont be disappointed.

cruz salazar If I could give a zero I would because of the TERRIBLE customer service. We were told the wait was about 50 minutes so we put our name down and walked around the mall. We had a 40 minute drive just to go to Pandora so we waited. We checked in 20 minutes later and the girl said there was still 14 people in front of us. We then waited another 20 and she said there was 5 people in front of us. So we waited nearby for like 10 minutes. Our name was not called. We went up to check our standing and we noticed there was a different girl now that took over. When we went up we asked for our place in line and she was just so rude. She said that our name was not on there and there’s nothing she could do about it. We explained to her the situation and asked if the other person was still there so she could see it was us. She said no that she’s not on the clock anymore. I asked if there’s anything they could do I explained the frustration of waiting an hour. She said no I could go back on the list and wait again. I told her can I speak to a manager someone superior to you because this is insane. She said the lady who attended us was the manager. Just terrible customer service completely disorganized.

Mario Cabaloza Sher is amazing. I appreciate his effort to help with one of the most special moments I am preparing for. He made the process of choosing the engagement ring and wedding band smooth and enjoyable. He is knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. Emily Hodges I love coming into Claire’s in the Yuba Sutter Mall, they have the cutest accessories for great deals and the customer service is SO nice. The Store Manager is so sweet every time I come in, as well as the Assistant Managers, Maria and Anastaysia, they are always greeting with big smiles and always help to find what I’m looking for. I come by the store just to get some of their sunshine, they’re always so nice and positive. I was sad to hear a mother got upset at the managers for the act of her kids misbehaving, management is doing their jobs and protecting their store from items leaving without purchase. But I will always be returning to Claire’s, even just to say hi and brighten my day. I APPRECIATE THEM SO SO MUCH!

Wasn’t thinking of buying anything BUT the items we saw really changed our minds. Left with very beautiful jewelry that matched our styles! So glad we passed by!!

The staff are friendly, talented and operate the store with integrity. Anyone who has met Stacy (the owner) knows that she is one of the best humans on the planet. Mitchell Perry My (now) fiancé and I came in knowing nothing about custom jewelry (or any jewelry for that matter) or what we wanted except for our idea of wanting to design custom engagement cuffs/bracelets for each other instead of engagement rings. From this very vague start, the entire team helped educate us about all the different metals, gems, styles, and options available. They patiently worked with us as we changed our minds more than a few times and enthusiastically suggested new ideas or solutions. And, most importantly, the final product was better than we could ever have imagined from the start.
