We looked here then went to 5 other jewelers down the street and came back. We will definitely come back regularly. Thank you Bonnie and ladies!

3 /5 A. I.: We visited here in november 2021 and we bought a wedding ring here and had it set somewhere else. The ladies who assisted us were great. The ring is beautiful. However- we were told that the certificate for the ring would be mailed to us and we never did receive it. We did reach out a month later and then again months later with no resolution. Its been 2 years now and it still bothers me.

5 /5 Kathleen Sapiro: The best experience! They are so sincere and helpful! They took my great grandmothers wedding ring and repaired it. The prongs were not done well with my previous jeweler and they fixed it and made it look absolutely stunning. For my wedding ring they attached to beautiful diamond bands diamond bands and I am thrilled with it! They have also made me 2 pairs of earrings out of old jewelry that I have had and now I wear them all the time.

5 /5 Jon Ash: Working with Roger and his staff at Robanns was a complete pleasure. Not only is Roger personable but he knows his stuff. My friend and I had Rolex watches that needed repair. Not only was his estimate about 40% less than two other Rolex specialists we visited but the watches were finished in weeks. They looked brand new! Thank you!!

1 /5 David Collins: They are the MOST EXPENSIVE jeweler with the LEAST PROFESSIONAL experience. I took our jewelry (my wifes and mine) into the store to be cleaned... which they did... at a cost of SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLAR$. And... in the process, they removed ALL finishes on ALL the jewelry (including satin, florentine, etc.). When I pointed out that they had essentially RUINED our jewelry by "OVER BUFFING" all our jewelry, the store personnel who handled the cleaning just shrugged their shoulders. I then spoke to the manager, who said "Unless you can "PROVE" how our jewelry looked (with photos) prior to the cleaning, we have no way of knowing that your jewelry was altered or damaged by our cleaning methods." Lastly, the manager would not "comp" or discount the cleaning, but charged FULL price (NO CHARGE FOR THE DAMAGING ALL OUR JEWELRY). We plan to dispute this charge through our credit card company and sue Robanns Jewelers for the cost to "refinish" our jewelry by another jeweler so it looks the same as when we left it at Robanns for cleaning. ADVIDE: DO NOT PURCHASE JEWELRY OR HAVE THIS JEWELER REPAIR OR CLEAN YOUR FINE JEWELRY!!!!!
