She has sensitive skin so had a couple issues and they were always welcoming and willing to help her in every way possible and gave her great advice. We recently went back in to get help changing out a pair of earrings and they did it right away and were very cool about helping her out once again. This is where anyone should go for piercings.

She even pointed out that I kept gravitating towards a certain ring just by the way I was putting it on. I ended up getting that one and it was resized and ready for pick up in 3 hours!
