Time to Repair Jewelry & Watch Services - Riverside (CA)

Tom I used Torgsyn several times in the past few months for jewelry (rings, bracelets and necklaces) and received great service and professional assistance. The repairs were done in an excellent manner, very affordable and pieces looked great. I also purchased a chain for a pendent and got it at a very good price. My primary contact was Polina V, she is very nice, helpful with suggestions and took the time to explain the repair process and timing. I highly recommend Torgsyn for repairs and jewelry purchases!

Veronica Roth Highly recommend! Awesome customer service! I have been looking for months for this ring and was about to give up. I was done searching in all the Malls and Jewelry Stores. All I wanted was a plain 7/8 mm white gold comfort fit ring. Nobody had this in their stores. Only 3mm and it was making me frustrated. They could only tell me how much it would cost and they wanted 1/2 down just to order what they think I wanted. Jewelry store had to order it anyway, so I took the chance and started shopping online instead. I started searching on the weekend and the lady who called me back on her day off insure me that they were a real store and described the ring I was looking at. The price was half of what the Jewelers wanted and I had it engraved too. It was an intense two week wait, but in the end it was the Perfect Ring!

Communication skills were beyond great, always in touch with updates and design choices. Went in the store around five times to check in on progress with the rings and was amazed at the customer service and care given towards the building and creating process.
