We worked with Lacey to design my engagement ring, and in just 1 appointment she was able to read my mind on what I liked better than I even could! She was attentive, understanding of my likes/dislikes, and helped guide me to the perfect choice. I left the appointment with so much trust in her vision for me! She was so helpful to my fiancee during the whole process as well, from designing the ring all the way to finish. When I saw my ring the day I got engaged I couldn’t have been more happy with how perfectly my fiancee and Lacey executed the ring of my dreams. We will be using Charles Koll/Lacey for our wedding bands & any future jewelry we need!!

I’m in Colorado but he came so highly recommended that I trusted him to get things done from a distance. The digital renderings and videos of my selected center stone were so helpful for edits (didn’t even do the final product justice). After 1 phone call and a few emails, I received a stunning engagement ring UNDER budget that nests perfectly with my wedding band. Would recommend Charles Koll to anyone, even if they’re nowhere near San Diego.
