Alberto Rios Went to serenity permanent jewelry to gift my daughter a nice bracelet for her birthday . Once I got there she had so much selection and quality . Maggie was very helpful and comforting for my daughter to make a choice on what she wanted . She was super nice . I left satisfied with the bracelet she got and her pricing is fair compare to the other permanent jewelry I went to around that area . Def will be going back to add to the bracelet collection .

I am a repeat customer and she has always gone above and beyond the expectations ..I have sent my ring to her over the years to be cleaned and maintained. This time, we changed the stone from a CZ to Lab Diamond. It was not possible to find an oval to fit my setting. I followed Ophelia’s advice and expertise and changed it to a round stone. She found a gorgeous stone. When it was ready, she told me the jeweler was not comfortable with how the ring was set. She then gave me a new setting (with 2 trillions) to assure its perfection. So not only did she completely replace the band for me, but did it extremely quickly . So to summarize, I have a completely New ring! Ophelia is honest, always reliable and above all communicates in a timely manner. The jewelry is gorgeous and fairly priced. The customer service is truly exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire process was smooth, thoughtful and enjoyable from start to finish .. I give Ophelia and the company a 10 out of 10! - a true gem in every sense. He wanted a reputable jeweler so we tracked it down this wonderful little shop in Yreka.. He was also in the market to talk to someone that could make a ring for him with a tanzanite stone that he had purchased recently. I know my review is lengthy, but I think it will mean something to those of you that are looking for an expert in all fields of jewelry.. Two hours later with great conversation and designer ideas., We left to return in a few weeks. to pursue the design of the ring, the watch was done in a flash, made to fit. Intrigued by some of the beautiful wedding sets that he displayed we left with a beautiful set for me with a crazy price and hope to return in a few weeks to have it sized. I am a lover of of his beautiful lab, grown gems in lovely settings of course I’m not able to spend large amounts of money on diamonds nor do I need them.. it was like we were friends instantly no pressure and I mean absolutely no pressure, he’s there to help and he’s full service. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience today and I have put my ring back in your beautiful little box waiting to bring it back to you to have it sized and soldered together a little too big for me to wear right now, but I can always open the beautiful little box and look at it while I wait for you to make it mine.
