As you can see from the picture, Lam was able to repair it and make them both look like new. At a very difficult time for me, they made me so happy. He is a talented and honest jeweler. Karla assisted us and was incredibly kind and attentive. Although they didn’t have the ring size we needed for the next day, she did everything she could to help us. Ultimately, we had to purchase the ring elsewhere, but her outstanding customer service left a lasting impression.
