In this case, the service I received from Kay Jewelers, and especially from Ms. Sara Aslany, was exceptional. I visited the store close to closing time and expected to be rushed or possibly overlooked. Instead, Sara warmly welcomed me and made me feel like a valued customer. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care stood out throughout the entire experience.
