1 /5 cyn Bee: I came here to have a watch repaired for my son. It was his fathers who passed away before he was born. I was told the parts were on back order due to covid. I was told as soon as the parts came in they would start the work and call me once the watch was fixed and polished. They didnt have an estimated time because of how things were going surrounding covid. I informed the shop it was sentimental because I wanted to present it to my son for his 18th birthday. My son birthday came and went, no phone call. I went by the establishment with my ticket they looked for my merchandise but didnt find it. They took my info and said the brother has to have it and he would call me. He never did. I went back numerous times and I got the same story, the brother will call. I CANT BELIEVE THIS PLACE HAS STOLEN MY SONS WATCH FROM HIS DECEASED FATHER. The look on his face when I had to tell him they stole it hurt my soul. That watch was the piece to connect him to his deceased father that he never met and these people robbed my son of that. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

1 /5 Marcus Jenkins: I came here with 4 pieces of diamond jewelry. 1 bracelet 2 rings 1 earring needing a new stem. When I got the jewelry back all of the items had multiple diamonds missing that weren’t missing prior. They “lost” my diamond VS earring. I paid $200 to have all my jewelry missing diamonds and an earring that’s gone. They are trying to replace my earrings with a cheaper 1 but want the other earring to my pair they lost. They gave me the run around & lied to my face saying they found the earring only for it to still be missing. They steal diamonds & replace it with cheap replicas. After reading the other comments I realize this is their scam. They say they lost your jewelry only to replace it with a cheaper piece to sell your jewelry to a new customer. They need to reported to the better business bureau.

1 /5 Mechelle: This jewelry store is a rip off they Wanted To charge me $65 for a clasp I told them I have the clasp how much to put it back on the old lady says $65 I thought she may not have understood me, she understood they were either going to charge me 65 to put my old one on or 65 to put a new one on. What kind of sense does that make. I could buy me a new Anklet for that amount. My husband asked her how much to fix His necklace she says $30. It’s not like they had to Solder $30 worth of gold Together they’re just a rip off their money hungry people Profiting off of people in the hood stay away from this store,

1 /5 Precious Phi: 09/08/2025 my husband and I went to this local jewelry shop to get a sales quote on 24k 9999 gold pendant. We were informed it was actually 22k gold and they offered about $400-$450. We have gone to Oakland Chinatown and Received an offer for $940-$990. Without any hesitation my husband declined the low balling proposal. No deal! We quickly left and will not return again.
