I also want to say that a lot of the other consultants were all gathering behind the display counter and talking which I understand, but props to I believe was the manager for telling them to not do that and to go to the front of the store and welcome guests. DeAjuané Jones This is a review for Kevin and the custom jewelry pieces he creates based off of customers concepts and designs. Kevin is a professional in all aspects! He created a custom piece for me based off a culmination of photos I sent to him via text! He was quick to respond and his work was immaculate! He also asked for my input before the final product was complete and made sure I was happy with the product. I was already recommending him to others hours after picking up my custom piece. I would definitely go back to Kevin in the future. He does quality work in a timely manner. You can tell he has a passion for his craft and is dedicated to growing within the field.

Jordon After being referred to Anthony by a friend of mine I decided to come in to have my watch repaired and my moms jewelry cleaned. Anthony had my watch repaired next day along with the jewelry cleaned (cleaned very well I might add). Ive dealt with a lot of jewelry stores and this was BY FAR the most positive experience I had thus far. No pressure and Anthony took the time to educate me along with answering all of my questions! Impressed with his service I referred my brother here when it was time to for him to get a custom engagement ring for his soon to be Fiance and once again was blown away with the stellar service we received. Again, Anthony took the time to educate both my brother and I on diamond engagement rings, center stones, settings. Then he worked patiently with us to design the perfect engagement and wedding rings, all within our budget! Beyond the amazing service, the icing on the cake was how close it was to us, based in Tustin, at the District, it is in the heart of Orange County! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Anthony as he has served our whole family at this point and several of my friends from designing custom engagement rings, to finding rare Hublots, Rolexs and Breitlings to watch repair and everything in between! The other perk, is that Anthony is seemingly available 24 hours a day, once we met with him, regardless of time he is always there for us in times of need! LOVE THIS PLACE!

Bennett Hauser I worked with Linda and the Carats & Stones team for our engagement ring, and simply cannot say enough great things about my experience. I explored every option out there: from high end luxury retailers, to online players, to wholesalers at the diamond exchange. Carats & Stones offered the elegance of high end retail without the brand markup, the uniqueness of a boutique, and the customization of endless options; they could access any stone I could find online -- and then some! -- for us to *actually see in person* before purchasing. We did a yellow diamond, which was a bit more challenging. Linda and her team were patient, knowledgeable, meticulous, discerning, and budget conscious.
