A sales associate, I believe Megan, greeted me with a lovely smile and presence. She not only had recommendations for me, but also answered all of my inquiries. I felt valued from the moment I walk in until check out. I even came back to the store later to ask for wrapping and she happily accommodated me. I was very impressed.

Chelsea helped me pick the right one and went above and beyond to make sure that I got the one I liked. I walked in having no idea what style I wanted and she took the time to go through all of them so that I found exactly what I wanted! She even pointed out that I kept gravitating towards a certain ring just by the way I was putting it on. I ended up getting that one and it was resized and ready for pick up in 3 hours!
