Alexandra Cintron They did a great job resizing my plain gold wedding band. Price was very reasonable, and service was friendly. Dropped my band off on Saturday and picked it up Tuesday morning looking brand new and fitting a lot better. Will definitely be back for any jewelry repair needs.

Christina Salama I had my engagement ring and wedding band custom designed at this shop. While I had one experience at the time, my experience going in today was so refreshing. Christina promptly attended to my repair (removing the beads to re-size the bands). I also inquired about whether it needed a deep clean and replating the white gold. she took a look at my rings and gave me honest feedback on the service that needed to be done. Not only that but the jeweler on site was able to complete the repair while I waited. They were also able to assist with a necklace that I purchased elsewhere needing a small repair. Although Christina was in an appointment, she treated me with patience and respect and didn’t rush me with my questions which will absolutely keep me as a repeat customer. Mike Cabellon I found Artisan LA on my own, but since working with them, Ive discovered friends of mine who have also happily worked with Julio in the past, and in turn recommended him to other friends with upcoming nuptials. Julio is absolutely the man. When I came in for an engagement ring, I picked out a vintage ring. He told me to wait to resize it until I could bring my fiancee in, and then worked with us when she decided to make a custom ring instead. When it came time for the wedding bands, there was no doubt in my mind that we had to go back to Julio. He was honest and frank about what he could do and what he couldnt, and I couldnt be happier with my wedding band. Were going to continue going to Julio for all of our jewelry needs for as long as were married, which is to say forever.

Kathy Weber I had a wonderful experience. We stopped by because I wanted to get a real diamond for my ring.Linh was awesome. She was able to order a beautiful lab grown canary diamond for my setting. She set my new diamond and replaced my prongs with yellow gold to show off the yellow diamond. She also added gold around the setting. My ring looks stunning! Absolutely gorgeous. I even ended up buying a gold chain. I found my new jewelry store. I am recommending linh and Jeans Jewler and Company to all my friends. Fair honest and knowledgeable. 40 years in the Jewelry business why would you go anywhere else?. Highly recommend!

Anthony Lantan Ive shopped here multple times and they always give great service even when you dont buy anything. Theyre not pushy or snobby like many other retail stores and they always greet you and are very helpful if you do have questions. They always have good deals, usually 60-70% off or some bundle kind of thing. This time it was with christians good help that we purchased a nice white bag. Weve been to other coach stores but this one has a wider selection of products.
