David Gulotta I was looking around a few places for an engagement ring...when I walked into Scorpion Jewelers it seemed different. I didnt feel pressured when I was looking at their options. I told the lady Vicky what I was looking for, the budget that I had in mind and then she started showing me a few options. She was very nice, respectful and not pushy or trying to "sell me." The most important part to me in looking or the "right ring" was something different and special. She also told me that they were a custom jeweler so they could make or change anything. Which was a huge help...I ended up seeing a 3 stone princess ring that I liked and wanted to switch out a few stones to Sapphires. So I got a price quote and decided to sleep on it. I came back the next day and put down the deposit and was told it may be ready in a few days. To my surprise, I received a call a few days early from Vicky that it was ready for pick up! From the very beginning to the end when I proposed the entire process and purchase was as smooth as I thought and hoped it would be. And.....she said yes! And absolutely loved the ring! Kas P Obsessed!! Sadie is a phenomenal asset in this jewelry store! She is wise and insightful, and the perfect guide if you are looking for a memorable & rewarding experience in customizing, upgrading, or purchasing fine jewelry. I first went in to have my engagement ring and wedding band re-imagined into a new piece, keeping the original diamond from the solitaire as the focal point. Sadie intuitively knew exactly what I was looking for, and was able to make some excellent suggestions. The jeweler is also very creative and artistic, so he made some enhancements, and what I got back took my breath away!! My husband was also super impressed, & loved the upgrade!! Well, riding that high, I brought in more pieces of jewelry and was able to transform 2 heirloom pieces, and do a partial trade-in with another piece for 2-carat diamond studs. The aquamarine pendant on platinum is an absolute show-stopper. The aquamarine is huge, but wasn’t set on a usable piece of jewelry. Sadie and the Jeweler turned it into a MASTERPIECE, that still kept the spirit of the original setting. Lastly, my family ruby ring was able to be a partial trade-in for an upgraded piece with higher quality rubies and diamonds. Overall this is one of the most fun shopping experiences I’ve ever had! I loved getting to be a part of the creative process, and see how my ideas were run with, and turned into something even better than I knew to hope for. Sadie is an absolute GEM (pun intended) to work with. Blue Diamond Jeweler really has the dream team in place. I can’t wait to go back!

Susan Farrell I had a ring with a blue topaz in it, and I wanted to take the stone out and replace it with a yellow/orange sapphire I have. Ali did an excellent job in replacing the stone, at a more than reasonable price. The other store prices were very high, and I didnt receive good customer service. The ring was ready in less than 48 hours. He is making me a necklace with the blue topaz stone; I cant wait to see it. He gave me good suggestions and options in the design. He also has very nice jewelry in his shop at good prices. Highly recommended!

Rand Stephens My wife and I bought our wedding rings here. We were referred by my longtime friend, Tony, who spent much of his life in the jewelry business. Roberto was a premier jewelry wholesaler who sold to the local jewelry stores. Sadly, Roberto is no longer with us, but his wife Pat still runs the store with some beautiful Italian jewelry that my wife chose and the modern titanium band I was looking for. Pat is the sweetest jewelry store owner you will ever know. She gives you all the time you need and doesnt push anything on you. She has great knowledge on cleaning and care of your jewelry and was very accommodating in getting the ring sized and has lots of tools she can use for hard to fit fingers and to keep the ring straight on your fingers.
