JCPenney - Grass Valley (CA)

3 /5 Dale & Melissa & Kids: JCPenney has long been a reliable staple in our community and we are lucky to have a clothing store like this when we have very little else "big box", and usually have to leave town to get things. That said, on my most recent visit, I was subjected to loud Christian music over the speakers of the store. I had NO idea that JCPenney was an overtly religious organization, but I found it pretty distasteful to expose shoppers to unwanted religious fervor. Bummed!

5 /5 Mary P: I had to return speakers that did not work. The return was easy and the employee was friendly. Deep discounts on clothing and luggage. Nice perfume and makeup area. This store is located on Freeman lane in Grass Valley. Check out online coupons and in store coupons!

4 /5 Michael Hanretty: The sales associate, Trinity, said was extremely kind and helpful. The store has a lot of merchandise in a relatively small space. I felt like there was plenty to selection and a little bit of everything. I highly recommend this store.

4 /5 Delaran S: The woman that helps size bras and finds the, correct, ones to try on, is amazing! Ashley I think is her name. My tatas look fantastic now! The rest of the staff is almost always helpful and knowledgeable. If they dont know something they go ask another employee who does.
