The owner, Fred, is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Whether i’m stopping in for a quick jewelry or watch repair (they’re the only ones I trust!), or just browsing, I always leave with a smile—and often with something sparkly! They have a really thoughtful selection of pieces, from timeless classics to unique finds like beautiful estate pieces, and I’ve found some true favorites here over the years. It’s rare to find a place that feels so personal and professional at the same time. Highly recommend for repairs, gifts, or just a little treat for yourself. jennifer p what a wonderful shop. there are so many beautiful beads to shop for. you can find anything from the grim reaper to a doughnut. this place came recommended from a friend to get my bracelet fixed. i found parking out front and walked in. i was able to get help immediately and met by the friendliest people. they were able to fix a bracelet that means the world to me in less than 15 minutes. it made my day more than i can say.

I love the dainty look so of course accidents happen but it’s always super easy to go get a new piece and I love that it’s NEW and I don’t have to wait around for a repair! Nina and Hannah were so nice and great help with choosing my engagement ring and band to love forever, especially their patience with my multiple preferences and indecisiveness. I wish there were a couple more different styles in store that I saw online as well, but I ended up choosing the one I was looking at the most. I had issues online with the credit card that they helped to do in store instantly.

Karla assisted us and was incredibly kind and attentive. Although they didn’t have the ring size we needed for the next day, she did everything she could to help us. Ultimately, we had to purchase the ring elsewhere, but her outstanding customer service left a lasting impression. If I ever need to buy jewelry and I’m in the area, I would absolutely return, excellent service like that is hard to find!
