jas Took my ring in, for a resize. They did a great job! I was very happy with the results. The price was reasonable and the work was done in the time frame indicated. I was also pleasantly surprised by the items they had for sale. Some really nice pieces. I would go back there.

Can Highly recommended! Excellent customer service for ear piercing! Ms. Valerie was very knowledgeable, friendly and with her detail oriented advice about where and how to place the piercings , she made me feel comfortable. It was not painful and the aftercare was easy to understand. It was good to see that she was wearing gloves, disinfecting and keeping the work area clean. The variety of piercings/ earings was plenty and reasonable priced and affordable for any budget. I also absorbed how she was communicating with other customers and her coworker. She was professional and friendly. A note to other customers: I read reviews about the return policy was upsetting, yes I understand but the associates do their job and cant change it. Complain to manager or company. And to those who complain spending alot of money on low quality jewelry, dont they know its not a fine jewelry store?it is fashion and accessories. Yes, they have a lot of cute stuff but if you want the REAL Jewelry, dont buy here.

Spencer Family We had a fabulous experience at Joe Escobar. JP was amazing. He sensed my style right away and did not lead me astray. The work we had done took time and JP kept us informed during the entire process. We brought in 3 diamond rings, had the diamonds taken out and put into an earrings and necklace set, then had 3 new stones put into the original rings to make a mother’s ring. All turned out beautiful. Would definitely go back to Joe Escobar and work with JP again.

morgan bray I went in today to look at a ring for somebody else, and I was immediately offered help by a lovely lady named Harmony. She was very helpful in looking for what I came in for and suggesting great options. But, I realized I had a necklace from DeVon’s that I had been gifted that was recently broken. I ran out and brought the necklace back in, and I was helped very quickly in having a repair order made. I then decided to purchase a ring, and she was also very helpful in that process, from sizing, to complimenting the piece and how it looks, to having a friendly off topic conversation that made me feel super comfortable in my environment. She made me feel very confident and happy with my purchase and kept me confident the entire time. I love my new ring & I greatly appreciated the two ladies who helped me today. Thank you both! ❤️
