1 /5 Reut Shaharabani: I purchased a diamond ring for over $5,500, and just one year and two months later, the center diamond fell out — with no accident, no impact, and no warning. I only noticed it hours later when I looked at my hand. As you can see in the photo, the diamond simply fell out. I’ve had rings for over 10 years that I wear daily, and nothing like this ever happened. When I went back to the store, they didn’t offer any real solution or responsibility. Instead, they told me they could give me a “full credit” — but only if I buy another ring and spend at least $3,000 more. This is extremely disappointing and feels like a trap. After already spending thousands, I’m being asked to spend thousands more? They also blamed me for not coming in every 3 months for maintenance, claiming it’s my fault for not checking and tightening the diamond settings. Yet even if I had, they said they don’t offer any warranty on diamonds. That says it all. Their prices are extremely high, the quality is poor, and their customer service is unacceptable. I will absolutely never return to this store and I strongly recommend others stay away. If I could give zero stars, I would — even one star is too generous for this experience.

The sales associates were so friendly and welcoming. They were able to find beautiful pieces that both my mom and brother loved within the budget that we had agreed on. Most importantly, they didn’t pressure us to deviate from that budget. We also spent a significant amount of time looking and trying on pieces, and both Lynette and Zarifa patiently showed us everything that we had requested. I had a more complicated transaction, which involved extra steps, but Lynette and Zarifa worked diligently to accommodate us for my own convenience, which I greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back for any future jewelry needs. Thank you so much Lynette and Zarifa!

5 /5 Anay Solorio: My experience with Valliani Jewelers was great overall. They had a wide selection and the staff (Zarifa) were polite and very helpful. The ring I bought is beautiful and well-made. I’m happy with the quality and would consider shopping here again.
