1 /5 Reut Shaharabani: I purchased a diamond ring for over $5,500, and just one year and two months later, the center diamond fell out — with no accident, no impact, and no warning. I only noticed it hours later when I looked at my hand. As you can see in the photo, the diamond simply fell out. I’ve had rings for over 10 years that I wear daily, and nothing like this ever happened.
When I went back to the store, they didn’t offer any real solution or responsibility. Instead, they told me they could give me a “full credit” — but only if I buy another ring and spend at least $3,000 more. This is extremely disappointing and feels like a trap. After already spending thousands, I’m being asked to spend thousands more?
They also blamed me for not coming in every 3 months for maintenance, claiming it’s my fault for not checking and tightening the diamond settings. Yet even if I had, they said they don’t offer any warranty on diamonds. That says it all.
Their prices are extremely high, the quality is poor, and their customer service is unacceptable. I will absolutely never return to this store and I strongly recommend others stay away. If I could give zero stars, I would — even one star is too generous for this experience.
