1 /5 Ophelia Cenea: Where do I start? I honestly wish they would’ve left the one in Walnut Creek location open because that is the only time that I received decent service. From opening day of this location the quality of service provided has been very lackluster and honestly not pleasant. If it wasn’t the closest store to me, I would never shop here. I prefer to do online pick up so that way I can avoid the bad vibe and bad energy in the store. However, today I was shopping for a graduation gift and it was last minute, so I needed something quick. I walked into the store was greeted, which was fine, but no one walked over to ask me if I needed any help I instead had to ask the question if they had something in order to be helped while 1 associate assisted a customer and the other 3 socialized. I don’t know what it is about this location specifically, but it does not provide the service that I have experienced at any other Pandora in other states and I make sure to say that.

1 /5 Shirleen: I went into the store today looking for charms and asked the staff if they had more styles. Instead of helping me, the girl threw a book at me and told me to read it myself. While I was browsing, a Mexican customer came in and the staff immediately gave her full attention, speaking in Spanish and completely ignoring me. I felt disrespected and unwelcome. Very unprofessional customer service.

5 /5 Sofia Ibarra: I went in the store. I was immediately greeted by this sweet young girl I think her name was Jackeline She had some beautiful nails. She was very helpful I found what I was looking for and more I will sure come again.

1 /5 Jonathan Dominguez: My wife and I went to the Pandora store (Concord) today to buy an extra bracelet link; however, this old white lady does not appear to be interested in assisting non-white customers. While we were waiting for our turn, I heard her being rude to another Mexican customer, and when it was our turn, she sounded quite rude. We ask her if we can see the gold chain link since were trying to space out what my wife already had, which was too small. We can literally see it, but she says they dont have it anymore and turns around. We decided to go to Pandora Walnut Creek, which has the greatest and most competent staff. If you decide to visit Pandora Concord, CA, try to avoid the old white lady, who appears to despise her job and serving others. She could have said it kindly and offered us something alternative, but she simply ignored us.
