Over multiple visits—whether trying on new pieces or handling service repairs—the team has always treated us with the same level of care and professionalism youd expect from a luxury brand. Each time we visit, we are warmly welcomed by the staff, offered a drink, and invited to sit comfortably while being assisted. Their approach is gracious, thoughtful, and never rushed. Today, my son returned from the store with a small chocolate in hand, and with a big smile, he told me that one day, when he makes money, he wants to buy me something from there. My significant other is quite creative and had a very specific design in mind, we met with 3 or 4 different shops, had zoom meetings and nothing felt quite right. Thats until we decided to check out Yale Jewelers. Joe and Marla were very helpful, patient and understanding. Joe worked closely with my fiancé until we all felt confident about the design of the new ring. It was very collaborative, Joes communication was second to none he kept us in the loop throughout all stages of the process, but above all the feeling felt right the whole time. Sophie Bond I went in for a helix piercing and was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism. The staff was welcoming and attentive when helping me choose the right jewelry size and placement, and their selection was beautiful. The cleaning process was meticulous. They even demonstrated an iodine test on the needle to ensure it was sterile and safe. I also appreciated the clear aftercare instructions and their encouragement to reach out with any questions during the healing process. Overall, it was such a positive experience, and I would absolutely go back again!

Michelle Zaharek I just wanted to say how absolutely amazing this place is! I was in need of a good jeweler to fix some victorian rings that I have. One of them had prongs that were just way too long, and the other one had prongs that were all wonky. I had been holding on to them for a while and finally felt that it was time to get them fixed. I brought them to Redlands jewelry repair and the quality of work is astounding. Im so pleased and cant wait to get more stuff done by them! (Pardon the dirty hands, I was gardening earlier today) 10 out of 10 would 100% recommend.
