1 /5 Tetiana Sydorenko: Terrible experience. I brought my jewelry for complimentary cleaning and that’s what I got back. Also they put in in plastic zip lock instead of proper dust bag. Is it luxury brand or some fashion jewelry store? My necklace looks even worse than before, there are stains on silver and dirt (or rust) on chain. Please don’t go to Tiffany in Stanford shopping center, store in SF on market street is so much better

1 /5 Emmanuel Sauquet: Very very disappointed today in customer service. We have spent a lot of money at Tiffany over the years, and my wife today tried to have a minor repair done on a necklace. She was told it would cost 250 USD. Every other luxury jeweler we go to will do it for free . I guess Tifany is no longer luxury. High prices are supposed to come with good services. Very very disappointed, and shameful for Tiffany to do that. Sadly, we will not shop there anymore. And beware if you go, repair will cost you 250, because “ it is our policy” . Well, my policy is to not bring my business to company that would scam their customers.

1 /5 Alison Youssef: Visited the store to have several items of jewelry cleaned, including my T bangle I got as a wedding gift a few months ago (only worn thrice). Was absolutely shocked when I went to collect it and it was absolutely covered in tiny little holes, the finish completely destroyed! It was beautiful when I left it with them! I asked to speak to the manager Javier, who was unapologetic and said the best he could do was send it to NYC. He did not say sorry and was quite dismissive of our concerns. It was such a terrible feeling being treated the way we were. Ill spend the next week anxiously awaiting the return of my jewellery which has a lot of sentimental value, and then will NEVER return.

Over multiple visits—whether trying on new pieces or handling service repairs—the team has always treated us with the same level of care and professionalism youd expect from a luxury brand. Each time we visit, we are warmly welcomed by the staff, offered a drink, and invited to sit comfortably while being assisted. Their approach is gracious, thoughtful, and never rushed. Today, my son returned from the store with a small chocolate in hand, and with a big smile, he told me that one day, when he makes money, he wants to buy me something from there. That moment says it all—Tiffany in Palo Alto is doing an exceptional job at creating a lasting impression across generations. If youre hesitating between this brand and another, I highly recommend visiting this location. Their commitment to customer experience truly sets them apart and builds lifelong loyalty.
