She has such a wonderful way of turning ideas into something beautiful and special. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she’s also warm, patient, and genuinely cares about making the experience perfect. On top of that, Rhonda is an animal lover at heart. If you show her a picture of your pet, she’ll even create a little necklace for them—such a thoughtful and personal touch! It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, creativity, and genuine kindness the way she does. I couldn’t recommend her more—she’s fantastic at what she does and a joy to work with!

I had met him many years ago at a business networking group and he was experienced, trustworthy and creative. So I was not surprised at the fantastic customer service I received from Rhonda! She was sensational!!! She took time with me to learn about what I was looking for and didnt rush me at all. She was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and just lovely! She was 100% focused on sharing options that met my needs. I am beyond happy at the results. I cant recommend Rhonda highly enough!! As well as the workmanship of Gems of La Costa.
