The owner Heidi was extremely knowledgeable on all things antique and vintage lockets, and she made the process seamless and fun. She had also had a range of new lockets but I went with a vintage one! After I picked my locket, I had the option to choose from a variety of chains. I now have a growing locket collection and can’t wait to visit American Locket again! If you are a vintage enthusiast and lover of jewelry, American Locket is a must-visit if you’re in the Monterey area.

Natalie Henderson I LOVE this place! I make my sister go to breakfast here every time I come to visit her. The quiche is phenomenal! The turkey pesto is phenomenal! The dark chocolate sea salt caramel flat is to die for. The iced dirty Chai is amazing as well. I have always had such wonderful customer service each time I have visited and I look forward to going each time I visit. If I could rate this place 6 stars I would.

Chhavon Pin The man is a craftsman! He was very patient and shared his expertise with me. Worked with and advised me on two pendants of ivory. I wanted a more ornate design and of course he could do it. He advised it would cost more and wouldn’t add functionality as far as fastening the piece and aesthetically it would take away from “nature” or it’s look. Most of his business is repeat and referral, which is telling of any outfit. I was referred. He is very busy, it took at least two weeks but we are happy!

Megan van Krieken I came in to get my watch battery replaced. The repair person discovered that whoever did it before had glued down the battery. He kept the watch and not only replaced the battery but also replaced a missing gasket. He cleaned out some moisture that had collected due to the missing gasket. He did this in his home workshop and dropped it off at my house the next day. Amazing service!! Highly recommend.
