2 /5 sam son: Googled jewelry repair, saw the good reviews and decided to drop by and see if I could get my tennis bracelet resized. The owner asked to see the bracelet. He took a look while it was still my hand, didn’t bother holding or inspecting it, and plain out said he was not doing it. He said it was too much work. Ok… Don’t waste your time driving here. He is not interested in doing any repair/resize. What a joke.

He is making a new ring from one he made before and I’m so excited to see and wear my newest ring. He made my daughter’s engagement ring, my son’s wedding ring and that’s just a few of the things he has done. His workmanship is beautiful, his knowledge, his honesty and creativity is beyond repair.

5 /5 Ari Fry: I went in to get four prongs tightened on a large stone and a difficult watch battery changed. Mr. Tran was fast, efficient and well priced. This place is no frills, but the other places quoted me $100-150 and a few weeks to deliver. Mr. Tran helped me on the spot for $50.

5 /5 Lawrence Pines: After many years of happy marriage to a girl that loves serious gardening, her platinum engagement ring had a bent over prong, and one prong pulled away from the stone. It was also absolutely filthy having never been cleaned. Mr. Tran took me Saturday as a walk-in, and worked steadily and diligently to meticulously reform the two platinum prongs into perfect alignment. Then he smoothed them down with the wheel, followed by 5 minutes of polishing on the rosin wheel across the room and shined everything up like new. He patiently worked the ring through the high-speed wheel with various grades of gentle abrasives, right down to the feather finish. Then dipped them in the ultrasonic, scrubbed it clean, and finished with high pressure compressed steam. Tran works with a very high level of skill, patience, top-notch equipment, and diligence. I would not hesitate to bring all of our jewelry repair to a craftsman with this level of skill and integrity for all our needs. His price was extremely reasonable as well.
