Maria Fumagalli I had a wonderful experience! The first pic is a before and the second is an after. I needed my mom’s ring that I am using for a wedding ring serviced. They tightened the setting, reshaped, and cleaned my ring in less than 2 hours for a great price. It looks amazing, and you can clearly see the difference between the two pictures. Can Highly recommended! Excellent customer service for ear piercing! Ms. Valerie was very knowledgeable, friendly and with her detail oriented advice about where and how to place the piercings , she made me feel comfortable. It was not painful and the aftercare was easy to understand. It was good to see that she was wearing gloves, disinfecting and keeping the work area clean. The variety of piercings/ earings was plenty and reasonable priced and affordable for any budget. I also absorbed how she was communicating with other customers and her coworker. She was professional and friendly. A note to other customers: I read reviews about the return policy was upsetting, yes I understand but the associates do their job and cant change it. Complain to manager or company. And to those who complain spending alot of money on low quality jewelry, dont they know its not a fine jewelry store?it is fashion and accessories. Yes, they have a lot of cute stuff but if you want the REAL Jewelry, dont buy here.
