Hannah19 Wonderful experience designing a custom engagement ring!!! We wanted to use heirloom diamonds from my stepmother, and so we didnt have a traditional setting in mind. David was patient with us as we showed him pictures and described the "feel" we were going for, he understood exactly the art deco / vintage style we wanted to create and designed the ring of my dreams! He was also flexible working with us as we lived out of town, he was available by phone and emailed the design once it was completed. David is truly a talented and creative designer, I am so happy with my ring. And they let me bring it in to be cleaned whenever needed. Highly recommend Executive Jewelers for any repair or custom jewelry work. They also have a nice selection of jewelry in the shop, though I havent purchased anything (yet!).

Linda Carrozzi I was drawn into Lina Shatara Designs “boutique “ @ City Center! I had some very sentimental pieces of jewelry that I had wanted to have redesigned & I randomly asked if Lina could help. Lina listened to my story about the importance & sentiment of my pieces & created custom pieces of jewelry that truly touched my heart. We both shared tears as I placed my rings on for the first time ! I wear these new rings every day to honor my past love & represents energy to move on. Working with Lina during the design phase was more than I ever expected … it was a healing experience & a connect with a very sensitive & special lady! Thank you Lina!

Gaming_ Rima Stopped by this place to see about getting a watch, I was greeted by Tammie, who gladly showed me many watches. I asked for help finding one that would fit my style, seeing as I have a delicate wrist and didnt want anything too bulky. She pointed out a beautiful one, womens, and I took it. She set it for me, showed me how it worked, and answered all my questions about the watch flawlessly (if it was waterproof, if it would need battery replacements, cleaning it, etc). She even resized it for me and made sure I was happy with how it fit on me. 100% would reccommend going to Zales, especially with Tammie there.

Lisa Sigler I found Jennifer on Instagram and fell in love with her designs. I decided to have her repurpose my 38 year old wedding ring set. We worked on designs long distance. I sent her my old jewelry and she sent me back the most gorgeous, modern rings. The packaging she sent them in was stunning. I am madly in love with my new rings which hold sentimental value as well. Jennifer is delightful to work with and an amazing creative force of nature. Her artistry is so unique.

Cole Lirio I recently proposed to my fiancée, and she absolutely adored her ring! I went into Blue Diamond knowing very little about diamonds, but Abby made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. She was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely excited to help me find the perfect option. It was a quick “yes” when I saw exactly what I wanted. I placed the order and had the ring crafted to perfection. We’re going back soon as an engaged couple to customize my ring next!

Old review: For my birthday and to celebrate a milestone I wanted to buy myself an aquamarine ring. Kings Jewelers had a beautiful pear shaped aquamarine and I was able to work with Marielle to design the perfect setting. Marielle was wonderful, she knew exactly what I wanted and was able to custom design the whole thing. My experience there has been fantastic, and I look forward to working with Marielle again.

Flora Chu I want to give a big thank you to Larry at Bay Jewelers for his kind and professional help fixing my daughter’s necklace. The necklace is a special one and we were worried it might not be repairable—but Larry handled it with such care and precision. He explained the issue clearly, and had it fixed beautifully and quickly. My daughter was thrilled to have it back in perfect condition! It’s rare to find this level of personal service these days.
