Always feel the customer service is approached in an institutional manner, and geared towards the companies profit margins rather than customer satisfaction. When I met Vesana I was blown away with her attention to detail combined with her desire to have a piece fit the receiving persons meaningful intention. She gave me choices based on our conversation and was spot on! And was reasonable on pricing, still below any large retailer but the quality superseded anything Ive even come close to seeing! After this process not only did she find a forever customer, the friendship bond created thru the process she now has a forever friend!
