He was incredibly patient and took the time to walk us through all of our options, even going back and forth with us as we figured out which wedding bands felt right. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured - and he made us feel completely comfortable asking questions, even around pricing and payment plans. While were still finalizing our decision, our experience with Christopher was nothing short or wonderful. Hes knowledgeable, kind, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. It’s a really big decision to figure out what piece of jewelry you want to wear on your hand for the rest of your life. I’ll treasure my experience with Kate figuring out what I wanted as much as I’ll treasure the ring itself. You really want someone who will be patient with you, listen to what you like, help inform you on what’s out there and teach you about what you should be looking for. Elan translated my design preferences into the exact engagement ring I wanted, and, also clearly explained price point differences (e.g. a higher expense diamond does not necessarily mean greater visible clarity—at least not without a microscope). Overall, I had a great experience with VRAI and would recommend that prospective clients ask for Elan.
