The shop did not have the item I was looking for but Mr. Estrada ordered them from a catalog. They arrived quickly and the price was reasonable. The owner is very courteous and professional. Roxi Giuliano My experience at Pasadena Jewelers was wonderful. Peter was very helpful and the service was super fast - in and out in under 5 minutes! I needed a simple silver band to put on top of my too-large wedding ring so it will not fall off, and he found me the perfect one (and resized it in under one minute). I will be back for any repairs or new jewelry I need, and I definitely recommend this shop!

Vanessa Hernandez I bought a ring from there and nobody had explained to me that there’s a warranty, an hour after I left I had realized there was a rhinestone missing. I went back the next day because my friend had explained to be that they can exchange it. They told me I needed a receipt, one which the lady didn’t even give me. I explained to her that I didn’t receive a receipt and the lady told me to ‘get one’ so I asked if I can speak with the lady that helped me the day before and she gave me the biggest attitude ever and claimed to be the manager. I personally think that the service has sucked everytime I have gone and that the employees only pay attention to me if I am dressed extremely nice. If I go wearing a hoodie they always seem to ignore me.

The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They are also a Rolex AD and I put my name on the list for a GMT-Master II BLRO knowing how hard they are to get. My wife and I stayed in contact with Matt who was open and honest with us about the process. We really enjoy talking to Matt about the watches they sell and appreciate the time he takes with us every time we are there. Unbeknownst to me, Matt let my wife know that he has a BLRO for us a day before Valentines Day, so I got an awesome present! I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Making an appointment was so easy, just call! And I loved the private and quiet shop. They had an amazing selection of original and antique rings. They were so patient and were not pushy at all. I wanted to incorporate an heirloom diamond and we had a great time discussing options. We settled on a 1935 inspired antique ring, but we made some customizations that I love! This is the place to go if you have a love of the art of jewelry making and attention to detail! I truly believe that they can make anything you can dream up, or you can trust their expertise and know you will find something magical. I think the prices are totally reasonable for the quality and expertise! I’m posting some pictures so you can also appreciate the detail and artistry!
