Abraham Vazquez I brought my little brother and his 2 friends to get diamond earrings. Out of all the jewelry shops we went to they had the best color, size, clarity diamonds. They also cut us a great deal since we bought 3 pairs.

There was a buy one get one 75% off deal happening so I took advantage and purchased a permanent bracelet with 4 charms as well as hoop earrings. As a result of the discount I was able to save $200! I’m forever grateful to the Store Manager Jessica who was so sweet and extremely helpful when it came to choosing the right jewelry for me! She made it such a great experience and I can’t wait to go back! Autumn was also very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful when it came to welding the permanent bracelet onto my wrist! They both definitely made my experience amazing and I will be returning to make more purchases at this location!

Kristin Force My fiancé and I were in a tight schedule right before our wedding and got his ring elsewhere and it was not the right size. We brought it in 2 days before our wedding and they repaired it within a day and made it a whole size bigger. While we were in they were all so kind and personable and even shined my ring for me! Gaming_ Rima Stopped by this place to see about getting a watch, I was greeted by Tammie, who gladly showed me many watches. I asked for help finding one that would fit my style, seeing as I have a delicate wrist and didnt want anything too bulky. She pointed out a beautiful one, womens, and I took it. She set it for me, showed me how it worked, and answered all my questions about the watch flawlessly (if it was waterproof, if it would need battery replacements, cleaning it, etc). She even resized it for me and made sure I was happy with how it fit on me. 100% would reccommend going to Zales, especially with Tammie there.

Brittany Hoganson Levon is a true artist! I brought him a loose gemstone, only ONE inspiration picture and a vision. He was able to make exactly what I had in my head a reality! He was very patient through the design process with me, walked me through different options and it was a very collaborative approach. I enjoyed being involved in making this a special piece. You can tell he has high standards and there a focus on making sure it was done right. I appreciated this because I am picky about proportions. I wanted a ring that could be worn frequently, stack with my other gold bands and was more on the dainty side for a gemstone ring. He was also able to source accent trillion cut diamonds, which is not an easy task given the size I wanted but he was up for it and delivered! His communication was great and he kept me updated along the way. The price was absolutely fair for his design/production time, materials, and quality finished product. I am going to do business with Levon again and recommend him!!
