Jennifer Okland Neil is the only jeweler that we work with, even after moving away from Menlo Park. The jewelry is, of course, beautiful; but the customer service is what makes this place shine. If more stars were possible Id give 100!

Leah B As a long time local, I’ve been shopping at the store for years. It’s an amazing family owned business with the most wonderful service and the quirkiest, awesome selection of merchandise. My young adult/teenage kids and their friends have stopped in there and shopped many many times, the owners are always wonderful and engaging with them. Having been part of a family owned business, I know how hard it can be to run a business in this corporate world. In a society where we can make or break somebody with a good or bad review. I think people should have better communication in our community before going after a business owner. Support our local businesses, and understand that situations are not always as clearcut as you may think. I will be recommending, as I always have that anybody should shop here for the most unique gifts, fun items for your home and awesome clothes!! But of course always be kind, and teach our children the same ✌️

Chris Zikakis I received a watch for a gift and brought it here to have the wristband adjusted to my wrist size. Paco Buxton, the owner of the store, did this for me while I waited and would not accept payment. The people who work there are knowledgeable and kind. I cant think of anything they could have done better. Thank you for a great experience.

L. C. Kavita is amazing! You will feel like royalty. She takes as much time as needed making sure you are happy with every detail. I can not recommend her highly enough! Her flexibility in scheduling an appointment that works for you is a wonderful feature of her business, you get such personal attention! I needed several things done from appraisals for insurance to remaking of older pieces of jewelry as well as repairing my Tacori ring that I damaged on a trip. What started as a upsetting incident was turned into a happy friendship meeting such a wonderful woman as Kavita! The quality of her work can not be matched. She listens to what your needs are and she finds a way to bring your vision to life! She is amazing at making it work for every budget! So dont feel that you can not have your dream jewelry; you just need Kavita at Emkay at your side helping you through the process!

Ashley Sherman Amanda, one of the owners was so kind and patient with her time. I’m considering resetting my engagement ring and replacing my band after 11 years married and we popped in and started chatting with Amanda about possibilities. She sat with us for a good bit of time to talk through options, ballpark ranges, and brought out samples for me to try on. While we’re still in the thinking stage, we genuinely appreciated her time, kindness, service, extensive knowledge and expertise, and most importantly, her patience. Wonderful experience! Jacq By chance I found this hidden gem of a jewelry store and repair on my way to donate at Snowline. I have had two sentimental pieces of my late mothers jewelry that have needed repair for years.... The garnet cabochon necklace required restringing, which I couldnt fine a jeweler who was able to fix. The jade needed a very narrow ring that was thicker on the top. The shop did a beautiful job, top notch! So knowledgeable, including the other employees. Love!❤️
