To our surprise, she spoke fluent Chinese! Meilin was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. She thoughtfully recommended earring styles she believed would suit my daughter, making the shopping experience truly special. Thanks to her expert guidance, my daughter found the perfect pair she had been dreaming of. We’re grateful for Meilin’s kindness and impeccable service. It was such a joy to meet someone so patient and considerate in such a beautiful town. I hope this Tiffany piece will accompany my daughter through her youth, and we will always remember this lovely experience

Kalani Ritchie The Best customer service experience I have ever had. I needed a ring fixed and I was in a huge rush. They had previously told me that it usually takes around a week or so and that they are super busy but they would try to fix it as soon as possible. I brought in the ring on a Tuesday and needed it back by the latest on that following Friday. They called me back in less than 2 hours saying it was done and the ring looked as good as new! Super impressed with everything especially the price. It only costed $45 to fix a split in the ring. Very impressed, definitely will return for any future jewelry purchases/repairs.
