Dawn Albert Amy at Silverworks was SPECTACULAR! My partner and I came for our babymoon to make some jewelry for the first time. Our experience was 15 out of 10. Amy was so warm, generous, flexible, patient, and simply a pleasure to spend a few hours with. Our car failed to start the day we had our experience (we were driving from Sacramento). Amy kindly moved us to the next day. We walked away with two rings we LOVE (commemorating our new family to be) and great memories. Highly recommend making jewelry with Amy!

I walked in and was immediately greeted, made me feel like I was family. I took my wifes ring for repair and to get a good cleaning, they left it looking better than when I purchased it. Ladislau Banica Jacob worked with me for three months to design and create the perfect engagement and wedding band to my liking. Communication skills were beyond great, always in touch with updates and design choices. Went in the store around five times to check in on progress with the rings and was amazed at the customer service and care given towards the building and creating process.

Heather Rosmarin I highly recommend Mansoor Fine Jewelers in Palo Alto. They have a beautiful and unique selection at many price points, and they also provide excellent service for repairs. They can also create custom and replacement jewelry. For example, I lost a pearl drop earring once, and they recreated it perfectly from its paired earring. A bit of history: My mother discovered this store when it was called "Mansoor and Gore" and we were living in Palo Alto in the 1980s. Even after we moved away, we still drive over an hour to visit when we need something jewelry-related. Now my daughter is also a loyal customer. We like to combine a visit to Mansoor with lunch at one of the restaurants and cafes on Ramona St.
