Marcella JM Bianca jewelry store is hands down the best! I purchased an unusual silver and stone necklace during my overseas travels. After I returned home I realized was too long for me, and had to be shortened. I went to Bianca based on many glowing reviews, and I was not disappointed! The necklace is complex, kind of woven, and I was expecting to pay some significant amount of money to shorten it. The owner Keith, due to his vast experience with jewelry, saw a simple way of shortening it, and charged almost nothing. Thank you -- I now love to wear my new necklace!!

Michael Weisert My wedding band shrank ;-) and had to be cut off. Local jewelers couldnt deal with soft gold on platinum. So, I went back to the original source, Geneve. Very nice professionals. Fixed my ring, resizing required and also resized my wifes matching wedding band. The price seemed reasonable considering my ring is worth 4 times what I paid for it in 1994. Yay!
