To the supervisor that was there at this time (7.22.23 at about 2:30pm) a 0 star. Heymy Ceballos terrible customer service, after you already bought from them, they treat you like a crazy person and laugh in your face, the manager himself, when they reduce ring sizes they damage the shape and steal the "gold" that is left over, now I have doubts if the jewels are authentic, how sad that they play with people like that. I will do whatever it takes to file a formal complaint.
