LizaH The staff are usually very helpful and not snobby. Service has been efficient in the past. I have ordered a ring before but this recent order, I was told to expect it in a weeks time. When I called the store for the status on the ring I was told my order had not even been processed. This was 5 days later from when I first went into the store. I was told that the focus was getting new Merchandise out to the store and to expect my order at least 2 more weeks. I am not sure I want to do business with this company again.

Clara B I had the most wonderful experience making a custom ring with Kristy and the Sierra Moon staff. I wanted to redo my engagement ring using the same diamond and ideas, but make it more balanced and delicate. Kristy worked with me to design it multiple times over until I was happy. She never rushed the process and in fact even recommended changing some things once the wax casting was done — because it didn’t look right to her and she didn’t want me to settle. She took the time to learn my vision and make sure the ring was what I wanted. She also designed the basket part of my ring for me when I wasn’t sure what to put there. It was an awesome collaboration. Kristy also searched high and low to get me the perfect green stones for the halo on my ring, because she wanted me to get what I wanted. All the staff were so excited for me when I finally got my perfect ring. Thank you. It’s so unique and still has elements of my old ring. I’m never taking it off!

Chrys Furrer I won’t get pierced anywhere else in Humboldt. The staff is incredibly kind and professional, and they go above and beyond to provide excellent care and service. They also have the best jewelry selection, clean facilities, and they practice COVID safety. Seriously the best place in town for piercings!

Amber Almodovar I ordered a set of custom opal and gold earrings for my upcoming event. Alejandro was fantastic and collaborative in the design process and included me in the design process. He completed the piece sooner than expected and they are better than I couldve hoped for. Andrew Huerta Perla was Amazing to work with. Perla had great attitude and was very patient, she help guide me to a beautiful engagement ring when I originally went in for a promise ring. She had very good knowledge of the pieces that were shown and was able to answer all my questions in regards to the different metals and diamonds. I would definitely recommend this Kay’s and Perla.
