R taylor Worst shopping experience. I bought over $200.00 dollars in jewelery for a couple of bridesmaid to look at just incase they wanted to buy them. Well to make story short they ask me to return some items. When I asked the clerk to give me a refund she refused. I was returning the earrings and bracelets, she said that they do not return the earring per policy. I had mention to the clerk before I purchased the items what I was going to do and she never said anything about return policy. Very disappointed!! Will not be buying at that store again

Ruth Delia Amber Mansour was fantastic! Nick (my husband) and I had such a welcoming and wonderful experience. I absolutely adore my tennis bracelet. It fits like a glove and Amber was so patient with all of our inquiries and making sure my tennis bracelet fit correctly since it needed to be custom fitted for my tiny wrist. She was very sweet and complimented my husbands and my relationship with each other. She also understood that we knew what we wanted and wanted exactly the item that we purchased. He is honest, genuine, talented and his work is exquisite AND he’s a baseball fan! Dan has done repairs on my wedding rings, created/repurposed two necklaces, and bought/traded gold with us. He has always been fair and shares his experience and expertise. The latest ring he made for me is gorgeous!!!! He suggested lattice gold work and the finished product is stunning. Dawn Albert Amy at Silverworks was SPECTACULAR! My partner and I came for our babymoon to make some jewelry for the first time. Our experience was 15 out of 10. Amy was so warm, generous, flexible, patient, and simply a pleasure to spend a few hours with. Our car failed to start the day we had our experience (we were driving from Sacramento). Amy kindly moved us to the next day. We walked away with two rings we LOVE (commemorating our new family to be) and great memories. Highly recommend making jewelry with Amy!
