1 /5 Victoria Lovely: I visited this store once before and had a great experience with a helpful and friendly saleswoman who assisted me in selecting some products. However, on a recent visit months later, I was helped by a different associate named Salah. Unfortunately, my experience this time was quite disappointing. She didn’t greet me, wasn’t warm or welcoming, and seemed annoyed when I asked a few questions about clearance items.
This left a negative impression and made me question the consistency of the customer service here. While I still made a purchase out of appreciation for the store itself, I believe good customer service is about providing both quality and value—and unfortunately, that was not reflected in my interaction with Salah. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning.
