1 /5 Danie Schwartz: I just want you to know how disgusted I am with your brand. I bought a lock necklace/bracelet combo from a local store. In the first week and a half both of them started to tarnish. They were able to replace the bracelet, I just found out that you’re sold out of the necklace and they’re not only not able to replace it but your warehouse is not sending it back. That is basically STEALING something that I purchased. I’m totally disappointed in and disgusted with your brand and customer service. This is unacceptable quality and unacceptable that I won’t get my necklace back - tarnished or not, I would have rather kept it and paid to have it dipped in gold then return it. Had I known your sale rep wouldn’t return it, I wouldn’t have sent it off. For a high quality brand, this is all low class
