Joe G This place is awesome near the Food Court. Its a kiosk in the center aisle. I had a Fossil watch with a missing pin and cracked glass. I bought it Macys several years ago and it is my favorite. I had Macys send it to their repair center and they wanted $210 to fix it. Thats more than what I paid! I had them send it back to me. I found"Keeping Time" Repair and ask the owner at the counter if he would check out my watch get me a new pin and a new glass face cover. He said come back in 20 minutes itll be $35.00 !! I was truly amazed. I returned in 20 minutes and my watch was done and beautiful ! He even made sure to have the correct date on my watch. The next time I need to watch Im going back to "Keeping Time" for sure. Best $35.00 I ever spent.

Donna Reckner I went in to get a small diamond replacement for my wedding band, but after talking to the really nice woman named Alissa, we discussed a ring upgrade. She spent time showing me rings that I could buy along with the trade in for my wedding band set. She showed me a few rings and then she showed me a ring that I didnt know I wanted but it was gorgeous. They gave me a great price on the ring with my trade in and I was very happy. Alissa was so friendly and wonderful and helped me make a great purchase! I really love the ring and I am so happy I went there that day! The manager was also super friendly! siyi zhang I wanted an aubergine datejust one year ago when I got married, went to the Westfield location but they didn’t put me on waitlist. One year later when I passed by Rolex at standford shopping center, I thought I would try my luck again for my 1 year anniversary. Then I met this wonderful lady, Nina. She offered my excellent service in store and was able to put me on waitlist to get this watch. Magically, I only waited 2 weeks to get this piece, exactly what I’ve been wanting to get.
