Josh Neuman Altana was amazing to work with from the very beginning. She helped us design a stunning engagement ring that incorporated heirloom family stones, which turned out perfectly. She made everything feel approachable and enjoyable throughout the process, and even educated us about selecting diamonds. We loved working with her (and loved her work) so much that we came back for our wedding bands. Altana is not only incredibly talented, but also a truly lovely person — easy to talk to, supportive, and now someone who feels like a meaningful part of our engagement story. If youre looking for a personal, thoughtful experience with a local artist, we can’t recommend her highly enough.

Stefano Fontanelli I wanted a custom engagement ring. I went to Diablo Fine Jewelers and talked to David who was very nice and knowledgeable. I showed them how I wanted and I got the first CAD rendering after a couple of weeks to better understand how it looked. They created a copy made with wax to test the stones (sapphire and diamonds) and once I gave the OK it took only another two weeks to get the real ring. The result is outstanding, my fiancée loves it and also everyone else (me included). Diablo Fine Jewelers is my go to place whenever I need to buy a precious present for my loved ones. I highly recommend it.

Alexander Duarte-Bravo Rosa was a great help, as soon as I came into the store she came to help me with no time wasted. She got me sold on a watch as well as a bracelet, her sales skills are excellent. I recommend going to Don Roberto’s and seeing Rosa!

Alex Castro Went in with my family. Gary the store manager was very patient and showed my wife and I several JLC watches. We also looked at other watch brands like Omega (for my son) and discussed jewelry manufacturers like JB star and Kwiat the store offers. We have an anniversary coming up. Although we didnt buy anything today I will be returning to the store for future purchases.

Liza Macias Great Experience! I was looking around for a bracelet and came across this one at Kevin’s but I still wanted to look around. They were very nice and didn’t get upset. I continued to each jewelry store in the Pacific View Mall, but I couldn’t find a better deal or one I liked more. I bought the one at Kevin’s and couldn’t be more happy. I hope they get a matching necklace in soon.

Shirlynn Lindrum Erik is an extremely talented artist in the jewelry industry. Per request, Erik made an adjustment to my engagement ring which involved the incorporation of two princess cut diamonds alongside the original emerald cut stone. He also integrated a heart with a single gemstone in the front and back gallery of the ring. Erik listened to the idea I had regarding the piece, provided innovative ideas when needed, and updated me on every progression during the creation of my ring. My fiancée and I could not be happier with the final product, and will continue to go to him for all jewelry needs in our lifetime.

Kayla I had such a great experience getting my ring resized here. The team was super communicative and kept me updated on each step of the process, which I really appreciated. They even went the extra mile by outsourcing some of the gems to make sure my ring was restored to its original vintage condition. The customer service is always wonderful, and Gray is especially great to work with. I’m always greeted with a smiling face when I walk in, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
