1 /5 Janet Crowley: Oh boy. If I could put zero stars, I would. Came with my elderly mother to shop for pants. Plus size women’s wear is upstairs. The ONLY fitting room is ACROSS the store. So, my elderly mom had to carry whatever she could to the fitting rooms (thankfully I was there to help because there were NO salespeople) and she needed different sizes. Ugh. No salesperson but plenty of STOCK people who just point. The store is an absolute mess. Dirty. Floor stained. 10:00 in the morning with soda cups, trash, etc. strewn around. And when we finally found the fitting rooms… trash, hangers, used barrettes, simply unacceptable. And JCPenney wonders why they are failing. Oh, then there’s the product. You want my 80 year old mom to wear torn, faded skinny jeans??? What???!!!! We’re done.
