Ive been bringing my diamond band here for years now for replacement, tightening and cleaning and have always been happy with their personalized & accommodating service and attention to detail. The store visuals are outstanding as well with dazzling merchandise and walls decorated with some lovely photography by the owner Michael, which I found to be a nice personal touch. Thankyou!

Eddie chung Today, I came back to Hung Phat to sell back my diamonds and earrings that I purchased from the store. Before when I bought the earrings, I was informed that I can sell back the stone with the high quality that I purchased, I was also instructed with proper care for the earrings. I met Nhu Y and she helped me to inspect the stone again and the process went easy and smoothly. Everything was accordingly to how she informed me when I first purchased it. Now I’m saving more to come back and buy a bigger one!

cruz salazar If I could give a zero I would because of the TERRIBLE customer service. We were told the wait was about 50 minutes so we put our name down and walked around the mall. We had a 40 minute drive just to go to Pandora so we waited. We checked in 20 minutes later and the girl said there was still 14 people in front of us. We then waited another 20 and she said there was 5 people in front of us. So we waited nearby for like 10 minutes. Our name was not called. We went up to check our standing and we noticed there was a different girl now that took over. When we went up we asked for our place in line and she was just so rude. She said that our name was not on there and there’s nothing she could do about it. We explained to her the situation and asked if the other person was still there so she could see it was us. She said no that she’s not on the clock anymore. I asked if there’s anything they could do I explained the frustration of waiting an hour. She said no I could go back on the list and wait again. I told her can I speak to a manager someone superior to you because this is insane. She said the lady who attended us was the manager. Just terrible customer service completely disorganized.

L C Jade Galore has been my goto jewelry store ever since I bought my wedding and engagement set 10 plus years ago. I like their service and pricing. Debbie Wu was the first sales person I met and Ive always gone back to her over the years. I recommend you ask for Debbie when you visit. Wedding set is such a big investment so you want as much help as possible. After all these years I still remember why we like Debbie. She was patient and discrete. She gave us a lot of space/time to think over and look around. She was NEVER push! In addition, she gave very good advice( after we queried her) such as : 1) round diamond have better resale value. 2) Get six prongs instead of four because its secure and it make the diamond look rounder (for our stones size). We made the plunge and never regretted it. Over the years, I came back to either get my ring serviced and always asked for Debbie. This week, I bought a new simple band from Debbie in their new SJ store. Its nice to see her again after the lock down. The new store is beautiful and large. Hannah19 Wonderful experience designing a custom engagement ring!!! We wanted to use heirloom diamonds from my stepmother, and so we didnt have a traditional setting in mind. David was patient with us as we showed him pictures and described the "feel" we were going for, he understood exactly the art deco / vintage style we wanted to create and designed the ring of my dreams! He was also flexible working with us as we lived out of town, he was available by phone and emailed the design once it was completed. David is truly a talented and creative designer, I am so happy with my ring. And they let me bring it in to be cleaned whenever needed. Highly recommend Executive Jewelers for any repair or custom jewelry work. They also have a nice selection of jewelry in the shop, though I havent purchased anything (yet!).

Michelle Hernandez After lunch at Tartine, I stopped by Itay Yona Collection and had a great shopping experience. The jewelry is beautifully handcrafted, and Itay was very accommodating. I found a bracelet I liked but wanted a small adjustment, and he made it for me on the spot. He was friendly and easy to talk to, which made the visit even better. I’m really happy with my new bracelet and look forward to returning next time I’m in the area.
