cruz salazar If I could give a zero I would because of the TERRIBLE customer service. We were told the wait was about 50 minutes so we put our name down and walked around the mall. We had a 40 minute drive just to go to Pandora so we waited. We checked in 20 minutes later and the girl said there was still 14 people in front of us. We then waited another 20 and she said there was 5 people in front of us. So we waited nearby for like 10 minutes. Our name was not called. We went up to check our standing and we noticed there was a different girl now that took over. When we went up we asked for our place in line and she was just so rude. She said that our name was not on there and there’s nothing she could do about it. We explained to her the situation and asked if the other person was still there so she could see it was us. She said no that she’s not on the clock anymore. I asked if there’s anything they could do I explained the frustration of waiting an hour. She said no I could go back on the list and wait again. I told her can I speak to a manager someone superior to you because this is insane. She said the lady who attended us was the manager. Just terrible customer service completely disorganized.

Isaac Me and a friend decided to walk in because we were talking and looking for new earrings - it just so happen that we ran into this store that we didn’t know was here. We were literally inside for almost more than an hour looking, they have really pretty and quality pieces at cheap to fair prices! This store has become my new go to spot to shop for jewelry.

Staff is amazing (Thank you Colton) and their collection is fabulous. This is just a start of my love for what they have. And they ALWAYS make you their guest & take care of you at gold star level. Lauren Nally I had the best experience getting my ring fixed. Carlos was easy to work with. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The best part is they do repairs in-house so I didn’t have to wait several weeks, I got my ring back in only a few days!

I love how Magda was honest enough to recommend that we see Caesar about a diamond to set. We missed him, but were blessed with guidance from his wife, Connie. You helped make the 10 worth it girl!! She was patient, and really wanted to know what I wanted, not just what they were "selling." She understood my vision, then helped me piece it together. Reminding me to not hold back, because theyre very accommodating. We decided on a set, along with a captivating chain link and diamond ring from the mens side. Like a glove!!
