Gaming_ Rima Stopped by this place to see about getting a watch, I was greeted by Tammie, who gladly showed me many watches. I asked for help finding one that would fit my style, seeing as I have a delicate wrist and didnt want anything too bulky. She pointed out a beautiful one, womens, and I took it. She set it for me, showed me how it worked, and answered all my questions about the watch flawlessly (if it was waterproof, if it would need battery replacements, cleaning it, etc). She even resized it for me and made sure I was happy with how it fit on me. 100% would reccommend going to Zales, especially with Tammie there.

Josh Neuman Altana was amazing to work with from the very beginning. She helped us design a stunning engagement ring that incorporated heirloom family stones, which turned out perfectly. She made everything feel approachable and enjoyable throughout the process, and even educated us about selecting diamonds. We loved working with her (and loved her work) so much that we came back for our wedding bands. Altana is not only incredibly talented, but also a truly lovely person — easy to talk to, supportive, and now someone who feels like a meaningful part of our engagement story. Stefano Fontanelli I wanted a custom engagement ring. I went to Diablo Fine Jewelers and talked to David who was very nice and knowledgeable. I showed them how I wanted and I got the first CAD rendering after a couple of weeks to better understand how it looked. They created a copy made with wax to test the stones (sapphire and diamonds) and once I gave the OK it took only another two weeks to get the real ring. The result is outstanding, my fiancée loves it and also everyone else (me included). Diablo Fine Jewelers is my go to place whenever I need to buy a precious present for my loved ones. I highly recommend it.

Zach W. Lauren custom made an absolutely perfect engagement ring for us. She carefully listened to every detail I could think of about my fiancée’s style, and helped me incorporate a Tahoe themed mountainscape with a family heirloom stone, plus she sourced an additional two matching stones. Overall the experience was a 10/10, and when I proposed, she said yes!

Vivian Pham Linda is extremely friendly, helpful and patient. I came in because my sister intended to buy a bengal, but sure enough I left with one too. She helped me find a quality jade that fit within my budget and was super informative. I have never been met with such amazing and personalized service buying jewelry. Everyone in my group was blown away by our experience there. Definitely paying her a second visit the next time I’m in SF!

Dawn Albert Amy at Silverworks was SPECTACULAR! My partner and I came for our babymoon to make some jewelry for the first time. Our experience was 15 out of 10. Amy was so warm, generous, flexible, patient, and simply a pleasure to spend a few hours with. Our car failed to start the day we had our experience (we were driving from Sacramento). Amy kindly moved us to the next day. We walked away with two rings we LOVE (commemorating our new family to be) and great memories. Highly recommend making jewelry with Amy!
