Andrew Martinez I bought a Citizen watch from them online. The picture showed it with a brown strap, but it came with a black strap. The bezel of this watch has soooo many scratches on it, its hard to look at especially since it was sold with no mention of being used. I would avoid buying from this place online, you never know what youre going to get sadly.

Stefano Fontanelli I wanted a custom engagement ring. I went to Diablo Fine Jewelers and talked to David who was very nice and knowledgeable. I showed them how I wanted and I got the first CAD rendering after a couple of weeks to better understand how it looked. They created a copy made with wax to test the stones (sapphire and diamonds) and once I gave the OK it took only another two weeks to get the real ring. The result is outstanding, my fiancée loves it and also everyone else (me included). Diablo Fine Jewelers is my go to place whenever I need to buy a precious present for my loved ones. I highly recommend it.

Ruddsbaby The staff were very nice and knowledgeable. I just went in to price what I wanted but ended up with the staffs help buying a beautiful semi mount for my stone! Only problem is I have to wait six weeks! I want it now!

They assigned a representative that works with you through the entire process. She was so professional and her communication was exceptional - she kept me updated at every point that my ring was being created. My ring turned out so beautiful, it was everything that I imagined it to be. My process took a few weeks, but it went faster than I expected. I plan to build another ring for my husband in the near future because the process was so seamless. I also want to mention that the quality of my ring is outstanding!

Dee Jay Oh, I love this store. The items they have are fairly new. It’s only one thing I don’t like if you find something for $100 and you can’t really pay on it I mean your hundred dollar pond turns into $140 pond I don’t think that’s fair but other than that I love the store
