There were 3 staff members helping people out and I ended up waiting about 10 minutes before I had help. Claudia L was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. With her help I ended up getting a beautiful Xmas gift.

Kristin Rooney Our home was burned to the ground in the Eaton fire and seemingly miraculously, we found my beloved wedding rings in the rubble. They appeared charred beyond repair but when we brought them to Michael, he restored them to almost their original condition. He wasn’t sure he could do it at first but somehow the rings survived the worst of the fire. He did an incredible job and we are so grateful to him.
