John Madsen This was by far the worst boutique Içve ever visited! My friend carries around a cup of ice with her and the lady behind the counter told her she couldnt have an open container. My friend said oh theres no liquid in it just ice. The lady said well be careful which was nice of her but I turned around to say something to my husband and the lady was sneering at me! I thought at first she just happened to glance my way but she remained that way and i didnt look away and wasnt sure why she had that expression? I asked her if she was ok with a little smile of embarrassment for her and she said Icm fine! Her look of utter disgust flooed me. I had said nothing to her and she remained locked on me. I just looked toward the door and walked out and all the married couples that were with me, except my friend with the ice lol.

Nicole Smith Top tier service! Vanessa was amazing, helpful, and friendly. She was accommodating with all the items we tried in and wanted to see. We didnt feel rushed at all. I wont lie, it was my first time in Cartier and I was a little intimidated and nervous but we were greeted with a huge warm smile from Vanessa. She offered us drinks as soon as we walked in, I had champagne and my friend had sparkling water. She wasnt pushy about anything and just let us enjoy our time. The selection this location has was vast. The store is very well maintained and smells great when you walk in. All the staff was friendly. Vanessa even made us matching friendship bracelets! We were the only ones in there so we got all the attention. Such a great day!

Ralph Boniello I happened upon Lala Jewelry recently at a music festival. I had been looking for a ring and/or necklace for myself for a few years now. Im picky, and I wanted the right stone and the right piece to frame it. I wanted something bold, beautiful, and unique. I wanted to feel like Im wearing art. Upon entering the booth I was immediately struck by her pieces- both her choices of stones and the craftsmanship of the overall pieces. I came away with a ring and a necklace, and love them both.
