Shireen Carlson They did an incredible job fixing very sentimental antique jewelry. They also made our wedding bands, which we both love and which are perfect for us. When I first came in to look at engagement rings, they took the time to inform me rather than sell me. Even though we ultimately had to buy the engagement ring elsewhere, I got a better quality ring because of their help. We are just regular working class wage earners, but got a fair price from them every time. I wont take my jewelry anywhere else. I trust them.

He let us try on multiple rings and was incredibly patient the whole time! The prices are completely fair and the natural stones they use are beautiful. R MarKC I was searching for a tungsten ring for my newlywed nephew to wear on his wedding day and found this jewelry shop inside the Moreno Valley Mall. Karla assisted us and was incredibly kind and attentive. Although they didn’t have the ring size we needed for the next day, she did everything she could to help us. Ultimately, we had to purchase the ring elsewhere, but her outstanding customer service left a lasting impression. If I ever need to buy jewelry and I’m in the area, I would absolutely return, excellent service like that is hard to find!

Elie Schuss Shelly is amazing! The prongs holding the stone on my engagement ring kept coming loose and I was worried I’d lose the stone. I’d had them tightened before but it was clear the issue would keep happening so I realized I needed to get the whole thing reset. I texted shelly a picture of my ring and she immediately saw why the problem kept happening and worked with me to redesign my ring in a more secure way while staying in my price range. She made sure the design was exactly how I wanted it and really listened to me. I just got my ring back and it is absolutely perfect. I can’t say enough about how happy I am and how wonderful Shelly is.
