Michael Weisert My wedding band shrank ;-) and had to be cut off. Local jewelers couldnt deal with soft gold on platinum. So, I went back to the original source, Geneve. Very nice professionals. Fixed my ring, resizing required and also resized my wifes matching wedding band. The price seemed reasonable considering my ring is worth 4 times what I paid for it in 1994. Yay!

Charlene Lohmueller I came in for the first time to sell gold bars the other day. It was my first experience doing so and I wasnt quite sure what to expect. The owners are very professional, sweet, and fair. I felt very safe in there store (they didnt let anyone else in while we were doing our exchange), and the owner even walked me back to my car! Great place!

I had a ring that was left to me by my mom, and wanted to use it as a base to create something that incorporated the birthstones of my husband, our kids, and me. Mark had an amazing selection of stones to choose from, assessed how he could incorporate some of the diamonds my mom had, sat with us discussing the design, and created something amazing. He also helped resize the ring about a year later to ensure it was still perfect (free of charge!). I highly recommend Mark for all your custom jewelry needs!

Char Char This place is a well trusted jewelry store! I had a misunderstanding concern about my 24k gold ring. The owner (wife) who sold me the ring and also helped me with my concerns with such a great attitude and no hesitation, was super nice about my concerns, even offer me to exchange if I like. Nonetheless, I found my go to jewelry store, price may varies. Can’t beat the customer service here compare to other jewelry store and this proves the quality of her gold that she stands by on.
