My experience was perfect from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come to her for any of my jewelry needs in the future. I had a vintage 1930s ring resized, and she was thorough in her assessment of the re-sizing to ensure it was done safely to protect the opals. Turn around time was quick and the pricing was very reasonable. I’m a vintage and antique jewelry collector, and my experience with jewelers in our area has been a bit varied in terms of professionalism, expertise, etc. Cynthia is a gem (pun intended) and a true asset to have in our community—thank you, Cynthia!!!

She involved us in every step of the process, sent photos, and coordinated with us to come in and see stones too. She helped with the custom creation of my fiancées engagement ring, as well as her wedding band and mine. The store is extremely welcoming and the selection is great.
