Anya Miller Cresalia Jewlers is a wonderful family-run business with a white-glove approach to customer service. I found them years ago by chance and have been returning since with nothing but the best experiences. I trust them with all of my jewelry alterations and fixes, and although I have not purchased any pieces directly they would be my first stop if I were looking for something new or custom. Truly a local gem.

We happened into this store just to browse and get inspiration, but she happened to fall in love with a unique ring in the case, so we bought it on the spot. It was very affordable and pretty, but the customer service was what really sold it for us. James was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were so grateful for his easygoing nature, which made us both quite comfortable during our experience here. We had an extremely short deadline to get the ring due to conflicting travels, so he rushed the sizing adjustment at no extra cost and even cleaned our promise rings for us as we shopped! Gregory Poole What a great old school business. Staff was friendly and professional. Yet very personal. Sadly the owner said she was retiring after over 40 years. I had them add two links to an Omega Seamaster. Very fair price. I had a very delightful delightful conversation with the owner. A very personable Lady. Great service.
