All the staff are trustworthy and courteous. One time i forgot to get my change from a transaction, and the next time i went in, Dan reminded me that i had left it. I also really appreciate the fact that most if not all of their pieces come in silver and gold (it’s often difficult for me to find high quality silver jewelry at a good price).
